Have You Ever Given Your Power Away? Calling it Back & Becoming Magnetic!

Have you ever had an experience where you gave your power away? How did you get it back? 

For me, the theme is generally when I am not listening to my inner voice and don't stay true to myself. I choose to please another over myself and in turn, lose my way. ​

I have many times given my power away, one experience is when I had just gotten back from India. I felt so healed inside and at a spiritual high. I had gotten into a long distance relationship and when I came back from India, I moved to live with him. I got involved in their business out of their desire for me to, but I didn't want to, and because of that I had a lot of internal anxiety and resentment and tears. I gave my time and energy to their dreams and goals vs. my own.

Eventually, I set up boundaries, limited what I gave, and it helped but ultimately that dynamic didn't work. It wasn't that the man wasn't great or his family wasn't so beautiful, it just wasn't in the highest alignment for me and my life. I ended up coming back to Mexico, and by doing so calling back my power by trusting my inner calling. 

We have to stay true to ourselves and our path. We have to please ourselves first, not in a selfish way, but in an aligned way vs. seeking to please another first. Each time I'd not listen to my inner voice in order to make another happy, or keep the peace, it was at the expense of my own inner peace, and cost me more. 

To gain your power back is to stay true to yourself, call your power back, set healthy boundaries, do what makes you happy, set time to do your healthy habits and follow your inner compass. Can you do this in partnership? Absolutely. If you can both take one another higher, that's the best dynamic!

Recently! I've experienced this new level of abundance & magnetism. The more I approve of myself, the more I love myself, the more I give into pleasure and desire, the more life flows. The more detached I am from the outcome and trust that the Universe is delivering - it does with great abundance. As I melt into good feelings, to love myself unconditionally, to fully enjoy life - this day, myself - to eat something healthy and pleasurable, to do what turns me on, and live in this state of turn on - the more life responds and echoes it back to me. 

As one listens to podcasts, to messages of higher vibration, to raise your own vibe, the higher you'll vibe and the more aligned you will be, the more magical life becomes, surprising you in new and unique ways!!
