Namaste, welcome to a new class. It only takes one reason to practice, and you found it, congratulations! Enjoy creative flow sequences to twist your spine, open your heart and relieve stress. Bring your body, heart, mind and soul into a state of balance and equilibrium. Strengthen your chest, shoulders, hips, legs, arms and core. Work to increase your flexibility, improve posture and enhance your state of being on and off the mat. Yoga improves the quality of your life. Each good decision adds up! Let's flow! If anything is a bit too challenging, modify as needed and work to come back to it and see how it develops over time. There is no race nor competition, it is just you and your mat. Go within, reconnect and create a deeper connection to your divine essence. In this class we'll explore a variety of asanas including the splits, dropback into wheel, headstand with advanced variations, camel variations, balancing asanas and more.
