This is about the final video of the series on Yoga Teacher Training in India. Each week I recorded a video about the experience of Yoga Teacher Training in India. This was the final week of teaching, taking the test and The first few weeks went pretty chill, I was feeling it, I was doing great and by week 4, everything boiled up to the surface and I had a lot of processing to do.

   Greetings Dear Souls! In 2022 I spent 7 weeks in an Ashram in Rishikesh, India. Arriving early and then taking a 4 week course recording updates along the way. Each week on Sunday I would take a few minutes to record an impromptu update about how the course was going.  I hope you are healthy, happy, inspired and loving life! No matter what life brings, give thanks! Hold on for a brighter tomorrow. Appreciate the now. I will try to do the same. Sometimes easier said than done.
