It’s also done in many other forms of yoga and spiritual practices. We’ll start with Alternate Nostril Breathing. Another name is Surya Bhedana Pranayama. This balances the Ida and Pingala Nadis. We've both felt more balanced and calmer as a result. After 12 rounds we'll move to sushumna breathing. At the end you can sit in meditation, read, journal, practice yoga... go about your day.
