We are holding a hands-on training this November 2025 in Oaxaca Mexico and you are invited! What if you could not only receive the Rolfing 10-Series, but learn how to give it and start helping not only yourself, but others align to their best self. Rolfing helps align the body in the gravity field, awakening the fascia, so it can become your therapist and as a result you often become taller as your spine becomes more upright, your shoulders open up vs. being hunched forward, you sense more energy, your antenna or spine is more erect therefore you can receive and enjoy more energy and so much more. Nearly everyone can benefit from Rolfing. Ida Rolf the founder referred to a body who had not received the 10-Series as a random body, and afterwards one that is ordered.

Challenge yourself with this progressive Hatha Yoga Class. This is a more traditional based hatha class inspired by my teacher Anuj-ji in Rishikesh, India. He would start easily and then help you strengthen your body until you trembled. We explore a nice gentle warm up, a beginner friendly hatha routine, then it advances for those interested and then strengthens our core, shoulders, arms and body for a stronger, healthier body, spirit and mind.
