6/22/2022 0 Comments Divine Sunrise YogaWelcome to this Divine Sunrise Yoga Class! ✨ This is a well rounded practice that allows space to tune into your sacred vessel. It develops at a nice rate leaving room for juicy stretches, developing strength and advancing your practice if you desire. For this class you are welcome to have blocks nearby, light some incense, a candle, have a blanket for savasana or anything else to help initiate a sacred space. ✨ We start with breathing and meditation to cleanse and protect our energy for the day. We gently awaken the body, flow progressively, and enjoy a broad variety of asanas along the journey. A chance to open your pelvis, lengthen your hamstrings, strengthen your body, develop more flexibility. We'll explore asanas like pigeon, lizard, low lunge with variations like mermaid, side plank, standing balancing asanas, headstand practice, an opportunity to advance into back bending with camel and even a chance to try drop backs. Thank you for letting me be your guide and taking the time to go within. May you feel calmer, happier, more balanced and ready to take on the day with a positive outlook and steps graced with love. 💞 Sometimes you find that special something that clicks, that is how yoga was for me. It gives and keeps me coming back for more. My mat is always there for me. I can be gentle and take it slow, I can move fast and challenge myself, I can hold positions and feel my muscles grow stronger, I can find new flexibility in my body and also in my mind, I nurture my heart and calm my spirit, I balance my nervous system and find my breath.
