It's been on my heart and soul to offer retreats for a long time. I've yearned to step forward in this space. I love that our first one is a woman's retreat that is going to be small and powerful so we can all hold space for one another. Say YES to yourself by joining us. Thousands of years of oppression and the inability to really howl at the moon, to gather in ecstatic dance, to take part in sacred ceremonies, to hold space for each other - to cry if needed, laugh a lot, dance and ascend on this path together.

We have our dear friend and shaman who will be leading the cacao ceremony. We can all gather in white on the sacred sands in front of the healing ocean. We'll have it set up every so beautifully so you can tap into your Goddess. He will lead us by greeting Pachamama from North, South, East and West. He will cleanse us with the healing fire of copal. And help us partake in enjoying the sacred cacao.

We have our days filled with expansive events to help you come more into alignment with yourself. From daily yoga with tarot cards, to daily talks led by each of us to help you overcome limiting beliefs, access your higher guides and alchemically transform into the woman of your dreams. The woman your higher self is calling you towards. We will enjoy a cleansing Temazcal and tap into the spiritual transformation of the sacred fire. 

There will be sacred art therapy, an opportunity to clear soul contracts and you'll even get 30 minutes with each of us to get your own hands on therapy. Maitreya offers Bars Tecnique to help you literally overcome limiting beliefs, Johanna offers Vibrational Acoustic Sound Healing Therapy on a table that literally vibrates you into a higher dimension, and I offer hands on healing in the form of Rolfing which can literally awaken and align your chakras while relaxing your body profoundly. That's 1 1/2 hours of therapy in total. This is only part of our offering. You have to come to experience it for yourself!!

​As if that weren't enough, it's located in the beautiful most gorgeous, energetically healing vortex of Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico! I originally went for one week and stayed for one year. We've all experienced living there too and it's truly healing sacred lands.
