​In less than 20 minutes you can lengthen and stretch your body, releasing stress and tension naturally in this restorative yoga practice. I even share some of Gerald's Structural Integration techniques that can be used daily to relieve shoulder tension and find greater balance in your body. You can do this anytime of day repeating as often as you'd like.
