Hi Divine Soul,
Welcome to a class where it is all about your booty. We start with different styles of squats, move on to our hands and knees and do various exercises until your bum is truly burning, then add in a little Pilates and end with the bridge and stretches.
A well rounded quick and efficient class to give you results and make you stronger and healthier. Feel free to add weights, ankle weights or a band to intensify this workout, you can also repeat it 1-2 more times if you are seeking extra. I find something of this length with a yoga class on top or walk is a lovely way to stay in shape. Ideally do what works best for your body.
