Namaste and welcome to a new class where you can develop strength with challenging asanas and sequences. Increase your flexibility and develop a state of calm as peace washes over your body by the end of class.
n this class you will have the opportunity to try fun asanas like Flying Warrior, Pigeon and Camel variations, splits, deep backbends, develop a greater sense of balance in the standing asanas, challenge your arm strength various times throughout class and develop ab strength from a headstand.
This class is dynamic, the flow sequences are fun so you reach the end of class before you know it. Let me know how you like today's class and what kind of classes you look forward to in the future. I hope to offer some beginner classes soon but was excited to share this asana first.
