This last June I had the pleasure of exploring different locations in Mexico. This trip started in Mexico City (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYdH9...) and then brought me to Guanajuato, León and San Miguel de Allende. Stay tuned to find out where I went to after that.

Join me in a new intermediate to advanced yoga class to help you maintain or deepen your practice. Warm up, flow, and open your hamstrings to try pigeon, mermaid, splits, standing asanas, headstand and more. This class offers a broad variety for a well balanced class.
Grab your mat, an exercise band to go around your legs if you have one and get ready to feel the burn! This class incorporates a little bit of yoga, glute exercises, pilates, core work, lunges and squats for a complete experience. I love building strength while finding flexibility. Let me know how you like this class and if you want more like this in the future.
